Beautifully designed modern accommodation, gorgeous pool, with plentiful lush palm trees and well-landscaped vegetation that complemented my stay while allowing me to enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff eager to make my time comfortable.

The check-in process felt unwelcoming!!! The pet fee is excessive!!! The location is less than ideal, with dangerous streets at night!!! Noise from neighbors can disrupt relaxation!!! Better communication on room descriptions is needed!!!

The Twin Room with Terrace was really nice! Super spacious and the bed was crazy comfy. Loved that it was quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Plus, they had extra towels ready for the pool which was a great touch. The only bummer was the shared balcony door was a bit tricky to handle.
